Q. How long is your warranty period?

We offer a six month warranty as standard. You can upgrade this with Mac Store Care giving you a twelve month warranty. More information on our warranty and what covered can be found here.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship items internationally when purchased via our website. If you are interested in purchasing and you're not in the UK contact us.

Q. Can I pay via bank transfer/faster payments?

Yes, this isn't a problem. Please contact us and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details present. You can then make a faster payment to our UK bank account.

Q. What operating system will my Mac come with?

Your Mac will ship with the latest Apple operating system unless you tell us otherwise. This includes standard applications like Apple Mail, Photos, iMovie, Garage Band. If you require Microsoft Office or other applications we can supply these also.

Q. How do I return a product to you?

Our terms of supply can be found here and they set out how and when you can return you product to us. You must contact us for an RMA number before sending your product back.

Q. Do you offer next day shipping?

At the moment we're unable to offer next day shipping. This is coming very soon however.

Q. Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?

Sorry, but we can only ship to your billing address.

Q. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the Parcel Force website here. Use your delivery reference code that we sent you when you placed your order. Delivery reference codes start with PB.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

Please email us with your order number and also the reason you wish to cancel your order. You can check your orders status by logging in here. You need to have an account with us.

Q. Do you charge VAT on your sales?

Very good question. A lot of our Macs are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme which means they are not sold with VAT included and no VAT is reclaimable.

We also sell Macs that do attract VAT at 20%. You can track the VAT amount that applies to each product by 

Q. Do you offer part exchange?

You bet ya. We love a good part exchange. Visit our part exchange page, complete the form and we'll get back to you ASAP with our offer. Once we've agreed on a buy price your Mac will need to visit our workshop for a quick check over. We aim to QC your Mac within 2 days of receipt.

Q. What's included with my new Mac?

Discount - Terms & Conditions

  • All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs (unless the promotion is for free delivery) and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.  
  • The discount code must be entered into the discount field at checkout and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
  • Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.  
  • Items already reduced in price (i.e. 'sale') are excluded from discount offers.
  • Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
